Insomnia is a sleep disorder when a person experiences poor sleep or sleep. Insomnia can include:-Sleep problems
-Difficulty staying asleep (ie, waking several times during the night), without necessarily any difficulty falling asleep
-Waking up too early in the morning
-Do not refreshed after a good sleep
In all cases, the person feels tired the next day, or feels like he or she has not slept enough.
Lack of sleep for long periods can cause mood disorders, lack of lead motivation, decreased attention, concentration problems, low energy consumption and increased fatigue.
Approximately one third of the average life of man is spent sleeping. Healthy sleep is vital for the human body and is important for optimal functioning of the brain and other organs.
There are three types of sleep disorders:
-Temporary or mild insomnia - sleep only take a few days, there was little or no evidence of a malfunction during the day
-In the short term insomnia or medium - difficulty sleeping, last less than a month that light affects daytime functioning, and feelings of irritability and fatigue
-Chronic or severe insomnia - difficulty sleeping, over a month, which strongly affect the course of the workday, a strong feeling of restlessness, irritability, anxiety and fatigue
